Welcome to Code Anansi — a cloud-based platform that helps businesses manage and automate their digital operations. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Code Anansi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies (Privacy Policy and Refund Policy). If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken under your account are considered your responsibility.
• Code Anansi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity.

3. Service Description

Code Anansi provides subscription-based access to hosted software and tools (“the Services”). Features may vary based on your selected plan. We may update or enhance the Services periodically to improve performance, security, and functionality.

4. Subscription and Payments

• All plans are billed through secure payment gateways such as Paystack or supported card processors.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before your next billing date.
• Invoices and payment confirmations are available in your dashboard.

By subscribing, you authorize Code Anansi to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until cancellation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute harmful code, malware, or pirated content.
• Use the platform for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, licensing, or security features.
• Share login access with unauthorized third parties.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data uploaded to your account. By using the platform, you grant Code Anansi a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. We will never sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. However, planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. Code Anansi will not be liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages beyond the fees paid for the current billing cycle.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
• Service interruptions or unauthorized access caused by external factors.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Ghana (or your applicable jurisdiction).
