1. Subscription Refunds

Code Anansi operates on a subscription-based model. Each payment grants you access to premium features, hosting resources, or account functionality for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly).

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

• You encountered a verified technical issue that prevented you from accessing or using the service.
• You were incorrectly charged after canceling your plan before renewal.
• A duplicate transaction occurred for the same account.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

• Your request must be made within 7 days of the original payment date.
• The account must not have consumed substantial system resources (e.g., extended app usage, file storage, or automation credits).
• You must provide proof of payment (Paystack or card transaction reference) and account ownership.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• You changed your mind after activation or continued platform usage.
• You misunderstood the product’s scope or features despite available documentation.
• Your account violated our Terms of Service or fair-usage policies.
• The purchase was made during a special offer, discount, or trial upgrade unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method (Paystack, Visa, Mastercard, or mobile wallet). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. When you cancel, you will retain full access until the end of your current billing period — after which your plan will automatically downgrade to the free or basic tier.
